How long will it take to process my orders?
When your order is placed during business days, we process and ship the order in the following business day. If your order is placed during the weekend, it will be shipped in the following business day.
How can I check order status?
In order to lower our shipping costs, you are not able to check your order status.
What happens to lost or stolen packages?
From the moment your order leaves our facilities, mishmash cannot be responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages. If it happens, reach us so we can work out a solution that suits you.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
Yes, you do. To place an order you must register in www.mishmash.pt, where you will be able to enjoy several benefits through your mishmash account as manage your account details and see your order history, review past purchases or save your address and shipping details for faster shopping.
What payment methods does mishmash accept?
mishmash accepts payments by PayPal, an online payment service that allows to send money online with an email address. With your PayPal account, you can send money directly from your bank account or a credit card.
When you proceed to payment by PayPal, you can choose to pay with VISA or MasterCard.
I've put in the wrong shipping address. What can you do?
Unfortunately, not much. We can only be responsible for shipping and handling charges on items that were sent incorrectly. We are not able to resend your items to you. Eventually If the item comes back to us, you will need to pay for the shipping charges again in order to receive the items, and we cannot refund the shipping fees. We strongly advise you to check your data as you are processing your order.
Can I combine multiple orders?
Yes, you can. In case you want to ship to different addresses, you should do it in distinct orders.
Can I ship to an address other than my billing address?
Yes, you just have to insert a different shipping address in the checkout.
